Quick question time and regular question time are on Friday's agenda of MPs, according to the approved work schedule of the National Assembly for the day.

Under Parliament’s rules, during the first up to two hours of the sitting on the first Friday of every month, the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Ministers appear before the National Assembly and answer topical oral questions related to the government’s general policy, asked by MPs during the sitting itself.

Last Friday question time did not take place and, due to official commitments of government officials, it was postponed until this Friday, 14 November. The National Assembly Chair, Raya Nazaryan, announced at the time that letters had been received from Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and deputy prime ministers Atanas Zafirov and Grozdan Karadjov stating that they would be unable to take part in the sitting due to urgent commitments. For this reason, in accordance with parliamentary rules, the Prime Minister and all of his deputies will answer topical oral questions in the plenary session on 14 November 2025 as the first item on the agenda.

Taking part in the regular Friday question time will be deputy prime ministers Atanas Zafirov and Grozdan Karadjov, as well as Environment Minister Manol Genov, Health Minister Silvi Kirilov, Economy Minister Peter Dilov, Energy Minister Zhecho Stankov, Sports Minister Ivan Peshev, Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev, Agriculture Minister Georgi Tahov, and Regional Development Minister Ivan Ivanov.
