The Macedonian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce announced the re-election of its President, Biljana Miteva, at a general meeting held Monday. In her address at the event, Miteva said that the number of Chamber members have increased by 127% in the recent years, making the biggest growth since its establishment.
"This progress is proof of the continued commitment of the Macedonian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce to support business and create new opportunities for business networks. With the growth in membership, the chamber has also marked significant development in organizational and financial aspects," Miteva said.
The Chamber’s annual program is aimed at broadening economic cooperation, supporting entrepreneurship, and increasing the visibility of companies from the Republic of North Macedonia in the regional market.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Bulgaria to North Macedonia, Zhelyazko Radukov, the Head of the Commercial and Economic Office at the Bulgarian Embassy, Dimitar Sulov, as well as business representatives from the Republic of North Macedonia and a large number of Chamber members.
