The biggest Halloween festival in Romania (West Side Hallo Fest) takes place for the second year in a row next to the biggest lake in Bucharest, Lacul Morii. The event, which opened on Friday and continues until Monday, brought together thousands of visitors dressed as zombies, vampires, werewolves, witches and ghosts.
