site.btaHonorary Consulate of Romania Opens in Ruse

An honorary consulate of Romania was opened here on Friday. It is the fourth honorary consulate in the Danube city, after those of Moldova, Mongolia and Ukraine.

The honorary consulate will cover the regions of Ruse, Pleven and Veliko Tarnovo. Board of Directors Chair of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce Victor Gugushev was appointed honorary consul. 

Among the guests at the ceremony were Romanian Ambassador to Bulgaria Brandusa Predescu, Bulgarian Ambassador to Romania Radko Vlaykov, Ruse Mayor Pencho Milkov, and Ruse Regional Governor Dragomir Draganov.
