The editor-in-chief spoke about the upcoming forum entitled "Presentation of Azerbaijan's Cultural Heritage" that will take place at Sofia University on October 10. She shared: "To me, Bulgaria has always been a second home. Every encounter with Sofia is an encounter with memories and hopes. I am happy to be among friends and colleagues again, but most of all among my grandchildren, who are studying at universities in Bulgaria. I believe that the cultural bridges between our nations will continue to be built with love and mutual respect."
Atanasova-Guseynova was born in Ganja, Azerbaijan. She learned Bulgarian from her grandmother. Since 2005, Akord has been published once or twice a year. The magazine is distributed to ministries, embassies, and companies operating in Azerbaijan and Bulgaria. The articles are prepared collectively by members of the community.
