site.btaSports Minister Peshev Meets President of European Aikido Federation Pomianowski

Youth and Sports Minister Ivan Peshev met the President of the European Aikido Federation (EAF) Jerzy Pomianowski and the President of the Bulgarian Aikido Federation (BAF) Plamen Youroukov, Peshev's Ministry said Friday. The three discussed the development and popularizing of aikido in Bulgaria.

Pomianowski is in Sofia to attend this year’s EAF Congress. The forum related to BAF’s 35th anniversary will be held on June 29.

As part of the activities surrounding the forum, a three-day aikido marathon will start in Sofia on Friday. Ten presidents of foreign federations and three BAF representatives will demonstrate their skills with open training sessions for practitioners with at least a yellow belt.
