"The fact that young specialists from Western Europe choose to complete their doctoral programs with us is an indisputable assessment of the level of education at Burgas Free University," Baltov emphasized, adding that in the conditions of Bulgaria's membership in the European Union and accession to the Bologna Process, the university's diplomas are recognized throughout Europe.
Baltov also pointed out that the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a rethinking of educational opportunities and many Bulgarians living and working abroad have chosen Burgas Free University because of the flexibility and the opportunity to combine training with professional development.
