Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov and Deputy Prosecutors General Elena Karakasheva and Vanya Stefanova held a working meeting with Bulgarian Patriarch Daniil on Thursday, the prosecution service said. The meeting was also attended by Bishop Pachomius of Branichevo, first vicar of the Metropolitan of Sofia, Bishop Gerasim of Melnik, Secretary General of the Holy Synod, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Maria Kyoseva, legal advisor to the Holy Synod of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church-BP and Dr. Alexander Smochevsky, advisor on canon law issues to the Bulgarian Patriarch.
