An orange code for significant amounts of rain and snow was declared for Saturday for two country regions in Southwestern Bulgaria - Blagoevgrad and Smolyan, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) said on its website on Sunday. The warning in Blagoevgrad and Smolyan is for significant rainfall with amounts between 50 and 60 mm, while snow will fall in the mountainous areas.
