Bulgarian Consul General in Nis, Dimitar Tsanev, and the Chair of the Bulgarian-Serbian Centre (BSC) in Vranje, Darko Anachkov, have signed an agreement for implementation of a project named "European Cultural Corner", Bulgarian and Serbian multimedia portal FAR said on Thursday.
