The chairperson of the Plovdiv chapter of the National Russophile Movement, Zlatomir Dyovlensky, and former State Agency for National Security official Ivan Galabov, who have been charged with disclosing state secrets, were released on bail of BGN 5,000 on Tuesday, the Plovdiv District Prosecution Office said.
