The National Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has issued an orange warning for 7 administrative regions and a yellow warning for 10 administrative regions for July 3 (Wednesday) on account of heavy rain and possible thunderstorms, it emerged from the Institute's website on Tuesday.
