The conditions in the high parts of the mountains are not suitable for tourism, the Mountain Rescue Service informed BTA. The weather is windy and foggy. Temperatures are 4-5C, higher than the day before. In some places there is a new snow cover of 5-10 cm. In the lower parts of the mountains it has been raining.
