"We’ll negotiate about the deadline but the derogation for Russian oil must take effect immediately," Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) leader Delyan Peevski told journalists ahead of Thursday’s meeting of the Security Council with the Council of Ministers. On its agenda is the proposal for termination of the derogation for Russian oil.

Peevski recalled that under the proposal the derogation should be ended within three days.

"Each day during which Putin’s regime is financed is harmful,” he said. "We hope that sense will come to the Prime Minister and Continue the Change, so it won't be seen that they are financing Putin," he added.
