site.btaRegulation on Administration of Irregularities Under European Funds in Shared Management Adopted

The Government has adopted the Regulation for the Administration of Irregularities under European Funds under Shared Management (RAIEFSM).

The scope of RAIEFSM includes virtually all programmes whose funding is implemented by EU funds under shared management. It is envisioned that the regulation will also cover the Strategic Agriculture and Rural Development Plan 2021-2027, the European Territorial Cooperation programmes 2021-2027, etc.

The regulation systematizes in a single by-law the rules governing the procedure for administering signals received and irregularities detected for the new programming period 2021-2027.
