site.btaGERB-UDF, CC-DB Planned Meeting Is Postponed Again

The meeting today, as far as I understand, between the leaders of GERB-UDF and Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB), has been postponed again, said DB co-leader Hristo Ivanov on Wednesday in Parliament. "The issue is not to be in constant contact, but to have a structured decision-making process, in terms of having clear commitments on how things are done and how these commitments are implemented, this applies to both sides", he stressed, calling for appreciation of the need for a structured dialogue, for the meeting to take place and for the parties to stick to the agreement to have regular talks. According to Ivanov, the reason for the new postponement lies in some logistical considerations.

On Tuesday, a leadership meeting was not held. According to CC-DB, the postponement was requested by GERB due to busy schedule.

On Wednesday, GERB leader Boyko Borissov explained that on Tuesday they were in contact with Kiril Petkov and coordinated important issues, such as the declarations on Ukraine's NATO membership and the one in which the Parliament calls on the Supreme Judicial Council to postpone the procedure for electing a new Prosecutor General until the election of a new Council.
