The Head of International Relations at Spain's Agencia EFE Cristina Ozaeta and Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) Director General Kiril Valchev, signed a cooperation agreement on Saturday. The signing was part of the 18th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media, which is taking place during the 120th Rose Festival in Kazanlak.
