The GERB-UDF nomination for Prime Minister Mariya Gabriel met Monday with Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) representatives before President Radev's handing of the first mandate to form a government. The talks were attended by GERB leader Boyko Borissov and MRF leader Mustafa Karadayi. Gabriel suggested that they should think about an expert government with a clearly outlined mandate, which should have not only common priorities, but also measures.
