A new, better economic mechanism for the development of engineering infrastructure needs to be found, said caretaker Regional Development Minister Ivan Shishkov at the opening of the conference on the role of innovation, new technologies and skills in construction, organized by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. "I am confident that the construction industry in Bulgaria has enough potential to build such a model," he added.
