The Constitutional Court denied a petition by 50 members of the latest National Assembly, who claimed that two parliamentary resolutions to provide military and military-technical assistance to Ukraine, dated November 3, 2022 and December 9, 2022, respectively, are unconstitutional, according to a press release published on the Constitutional Court's website on Tuesday.
The vote was 1 in favour of the petition and 9 against. Judge Yanaki Stoilov signed the determination with a dissenting opinion. The case was dropped.
