Nearly 1,500 Young People Can Apply
for Jobs in
Administration


Sofia, September 1 (BTA) - Young people with higher education
aged up to 29 and without experience in their relevant field can
 apply for 1,457 jobs in the administration, the Employment
Agency said Monday.
   
The opened positions have been declared by central authorities,
regional and municipal administrations participating in the
agency Launch in Career programme. A total of 10,323 young
people have participated in the programme from 2002 to 2013 and
some 50 per cent of these have found jobs with other employers
as a result of the professional experience they have acquired.
   
The young people will be given the opportunity to accumulate
experience and period of service for nine months. The programme
ensures a monthly salary of 400 leva, as well as payment of
social and health contributions, additional payments as provided
 by the Labour Code, annual paid leave and sick leave covered by
 the employer.
   
A total of 547 young people will be able to begin their careers
at central institutions. Open jobs under the programme have been
 posted at the Council of Ministers, the National Assembly, all
ministries, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria, the
Patent Office, the National Revenue Agency, the National Social
Security Institute, the Employment Agency, the State Agency for
Child Protection, the Customs Agency, the Social Assistance
Agency and the Registry Agency, among others.
   
Graduates in law, economic subjects, computer subjects,
administration and governance, social activities, engineers,
architects, civil engineers, philologists and environmentalists
are mainly in demand.
   
The jobs at municipal administrations number 799, and those in
regional administrations - 111. Most of them are for economists,
 lawyers, architects, civil engineers, specialists in the field
of computer technology, administration and governance./SN/BR
