Hristo Emilov Dikanski was appointed deputy foreign minister, the Council of Ministers press service said on Friday. The appointment was made by order of Prime Minister Rumen Radev.
Deputy Foreign Minister Ivanka Tasheva was appointed in May.
The other holder of the post is Deputy Foreign Minister Hristo Polendakov.
