Borislav Sarafov's resignation was a personal decision on his part, GERB-UDF MP Stefan Arsov said on Wednesday on the sidelines of Parliament.
According to Arsov, if GERB-UDF are asked for support on issues related to the Supreme Judicial Council in the future, they will participate.
Sarafov announced his resignation as National Investigative Service chief and deputy prosecutor general earlier on Wednesday. He asked to remain as rank-and-file prosecutor.
