Ilin Dimitrov has been proposed as Minister of Tourism in the draft Cabinet of Rumen Radev. 

Ilin Dimitrov is 42 years old and an expert with experience in tourism, academia and public administration. Between 2022 and 2023 he served as minister of tourism in two caretaker governments. Before that he was a member of the 47th National Assembly, where he chaired the Tourism Committee. He was also chair of the Varna Tourism Chamber between 2020 and 2022.

He is currently a lecturer at the University of Economics - Varna, combining his business and management expertise with research on the implementation of sustainable economic policies. He graduated from the College of Tourism - Varna, the Higher School of Management and the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics - Svishtov in Marketing and Management, Business Administration, and Corporate Management and Controlling. He holds a doctorate in tourism from the University of Economics - Varna and speaks English, German and Russian.
