BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Nedko Kolev is the top-of-the-list candidate of The Anti-Corruption Bloc for Shumen’s 30th multi-member constituency in the snap parliamentary elections on April 19, according to a decision of the Constituency Election Commission in Shumen.

Kolev is 42 years old, was born in Shumen, is married and has two children. He runs his own business. In his professional path he has been regional sales manager at a pension insurance company and regional sales manager at a mobile telecom operator, where he took an active part in the operator’s development while holding different positions over the years. He was awarded best manager in the cluster and was a member of the company’s employees’ council.

He is an active member of the Edinenie party. He holds a master’s degree in Project Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. He has also completed a number of courses in leadership, management and communication. In his free time he devotes himself to his children and family. He likes skiing and supports the idea of unified Bulgarian ski resorts, similar to the united ski zones in the Alps, the top-of-the-list candidate of The Anti-Corruption Bloc in Shumen’s 30th constituency told BTA.
