BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Delyan Peevski is the top-of-the-list candidate of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms for Blagoevgrad’s 1st and Kardzhali’s 9th multi-member constituencies, the regional election commissions in Blagoevgrad and Kardzhali said.

Peevski was born on 27 July 1980 in Sofia, according to the website of the National Assembly. In the 51st National Assembly he is chair of the parliamentary group of Movement for Rights and Freedoms – New Beginning. He was also a member of the 41st, 42nd, 43rd, 47th, 48th, 49th and 50th National Assemblies.
