site.btaSmolyan Students Get Free Ski Passes for Pamporovo

Students from Smolyan Municipality aged 7 to 18 will get free lift passes for the Pamporovo ski resort from March 20, the press centre of the City Hall announced Thursday. The free passes will be valid to the end of the winter season.

The initiative is being implemented by Pamporovo AD in partnership with Smolyan Municipality, aiming to encourage the practice of winter sports among children and young people. The free lift passes will be issued at the cash desk of the Municipality from March 12 to 20.

Pamporovo AD is also participating in the national Learn to Ski programme, under which about 350 students from the municipalities of Smolyan and Chepelare will get their first practical experience with winter sports. The Ski Schools - Pamporovo association is organizing free skiing and snowboarding courses from March 23 to 27 as well.
