site.btaTwo People Injured in Drone Attack in Odesa Oblast
A 3-year-old girl and a 44-year-old man were injured in a drone attack on the night before February 27 in Izmail, Ukraine's Odesa Oblast, the regional administration wrote on their Facebook page. The injured are hospitalized with medium bodily injuries.
"The Russians have attacked with drones civilian and port infrastructure in the Izmail region, causing damage on port tanks, a crane, as well as windows of a residential building, cars and a medical facility. A kindergarten building has also been destroyed," the Facebook post said.
Emergency services are dealing with the effects of the attack.
Odesa Oblast is home to a 150,000-strong Bulgarian community, according to the latest census in Ukraine. Nearly 60,000 Bulgarians live in the city of Odesa.
