“The New Year requires not words, but character and courage,” wrote MECh leader Radostin Vasilev on Facebook.

“Bulgaria needs order, justice, and governance that serves the people, not the mafia. The people need the truth,” Vasilev added.

“Our duty is to defend our sovereignty, protect the national interest, and restore the power of the state - in the law, in the institutions, and in the accountability of those in power to the people,” he said.

“Compromises with lawlessness and tolerating corruption must remain in the past. This cannot happen without holding people accountable. Our task is to dismantle a model that is self-sustaining and to build a state with rules, morality, and a clear horizon,” Radostin Vasilev further stressed.
