The weekly draft agenda of the National Assembly, published on its website, includes a first reading of amendments to the Public Offering of Securities Act, moved by the Council of Ministers. Part of the changes introduce requirements and measures for implementing two European Union legislative acts establishing the European Single Access Point, which from July 2027 will provide investors with centralized access to publicly disclosed information on financial services, capital markets, and sustainable development. The platform will be developed and operated by the European Securities and Markets Authority.

A second reading of amendments to the Environmental Protection Act is also on this week's parliamentary agenda. The proposal, submitted by Nikolay Nankov (GERB–UDF) and other MPs, would extend the deadline for registering private water sources until 2033, with the aim of ensuring sufficient preparation time and a simplified registration regime.

MPs are also expected to consider the ratification of an agreement on the promotion and mutual protection of investments between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The programme further includes a second reading of amendments to the Criminal Code, submitted by the Council of Ministers, and a second vote on a bill amending and supplementing the Public Enterprises Act – the first item scheduled for Thursday. Also on Thursday is the first vote on amendments to the Value Added Tax Act, listed as the second item.

A first reading of amendments to the Marks and Geographical Indications Act is also proposed.

The first item on Friday will be a bill for the ratification of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Investment Bank for the financing of the project "Bulgaria – EU Funds Co-financing 2021–2027 (SPF)". Friday will also include the regular question-time session.
