site.btaStudents from Shumen Mathematics School to Represent Bulgaria at World Invention Summit in China
A team from the Shumen High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences who won the Hack The Future forum, will represent Bulgaria at the World Invention Summit in Zhengzhou, China, from August 14 to 16, said Shumen Mayor Hristo Hristov on Monday during a meeting at Shumen Cityh Hall.
During the meeting, School Principal Viliola Lyubenova thanked the Municipality for its support, noting that the students would represent both Shumen and Bulgaria at the summit. Deputy Mayor Nikolay Kolev emphasized that private companies had agreed to help fund the students’ airfare to China.
The three-day summit will include project evaluations on the second and third days, followed by an awards ceremony, as well as cultural activities.
