site.btaDetska Kitka Choir Excels at Italy Contest

The Plovdiv-based Detska Kitka Choir won 2 Golden Diplomas at the fourth edition of Vox Lucensis 2025 international choral contest in the historic Tuscan city of Lucca, Italy, announced the choir on their Facebook page on April 15. 

Their performances in Youth Choirs (Mixed and Equal Voices) and Musica Sacra a cappella categories were selected by an international jury, and the Conductor's Prize was awarded to their leader Yana Deliradeva. 

More than 20 European choirs took part in the event, showcasing the diversity of the international choral scene.

The next performances of the choir will be in Ljubljana and Postojna, Slovenia.
