BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Slavi Trifonov is the top-of-the-list candidate of There Is Such a People in Sofia’s 25th multi-member constituency and Pleven’s 15th multi-member constituency, the party press service said here Thursday.

He was born on October 18, 1966. Trifonov is a musician, television host and producer. He took part in the Ku-Ku and Kanaleto television programmes on Bulgarian National Television.

In 1998, he became producer and host of Hashove, which aired once on Bulgarian National Television on February 8, 1998, and then for two years on 7 dni TV and other cable television channels. He was producer and host of Slavi's Show on bTV from November 27, 2000, to July 31, 2019. On November 4, 2019, he launched 7/8 TV. Since February 16, 2020, he has been chair of There Is Such a People. He was an MP in the 45th National Assembly in 2021.
