Bulgarian Patriarch Daniil prayed to God to send rain and stop the fires ravaging the country. The head of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church (BOC) led the solemn holy liturgy for the feast of the holy prophet Elijah in the Durvenishki Monastery, which also celebrates its cathedral feast, said the Metropolitan of Sofia.
