Aslihan Mehmedova and Zlatislava Chukanova won bronze medals for Bulgaria at the 75th Strandja International Boxing Tournament in Sofia. On Saturday, Mehmedova lost 1-4 to Ukraine's Tetiana Dovgal in the women's 60 kg event.

Chukanova snagged the bronze in the women's 50 kg event. In the semi-finals, she lost 0-5 to India's Nikhat Zareen.

Europe's oldest surviving international boxing competition is on in Sofia from February 4 to 11.
