Chief Commissioner Yavor Serafimov, Director of the Interior Ministry's General Directorate Combating Organized Crime (GDCOC), has been appointed Deputy Director of the National Police General Directorate as of May 28, the Interior Ministry told BTA.
His replacement at GDCOC has not been named.
