site.btaCode Yellow Weather Warning Issued for Eight Regions in Western, Central Bulgaria
The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has issued a yellow alert for heavy rain in eight regions in Western and Central Bulgaria for Wednesday. The rainfall quantity is expected to reach 15 to 25 litres per sq m in most areas but up 35 litres per sq m in others.
The alert applies to the regions of Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Smolyan, Plovdiv, Sofia and Sofia Region.
