The parliamentary group of There is Such a People (TISP) Wednesday came out with a declaration calling on the government to resign. The declaration was read out in the debating chamber by the secretary of the parliamentary group, Stanislav Balabanov.

Balabanov said that observing the government’s political activities, TISP wonder what it is that connects such diverse political representatives with such diverse ideologies and value systems. He added that the cabinet had been "misconceived in a convent".

He was referring to allegations of a meeting in a convent of representatives of GERB-UDF and Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria as they were trying to put together a government.

Addressing the governing coalition, Balabanov said: "You brought together the backstage politicians and the criminals and called this assemblage the 'Government of the Republic of Bulgaria'. Resign!"
