The National Archaeological Institute with Museum with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (NAIM-BAS) invites children to play ancient games on November 4. On that day, some of the oldest known games and toys will be the focus in an event organized for children aged 7 to 11, the Museum has announced.

During the event the Museum workers will tell visitors of how children played during the prehistoric times and Antiquity, the kind of games they had in Egypt, Greece, Rome, and the toys they played with. The visiting children will be shown maps, photos and objects, and "have an opportunity to play the games that have entertained mankind since the beginning of time”, the organizers say.
