An annual contest for Bulgarian folk and pop music titled Oblache Le Byalo (Little White Cloud) will be held in Taraclia. The musical event is dedicated to the Day of the Bessarabian Bulgarians, which is celebrated on October 29. The purpose of the vocal competition is to promote Bulgarian folk songs, to discover and support talented singers, to create conditions for the exchange of musical experience among young people from Taraclia region. The event is organized by the Department of Education in the Taraclia region. Participants can take part in one of four age categories, from 9 to 35 years of age.

The song contest consists of two stages, the first of which requires participants to send a video recording of a performance of a Bulgarian song to the organizers of the event by October 17. The second stage will be held on October 28 at the Regional House of Culture for the participants who successfully passed the first stage. There, in front of a professional jury, the vocalists will perform one Bulgarian folk song and one pop song of their choice.

The winners will be awarded with diplomas and gifts from the education authorities, partners and sponsors of the competition, as well as from other organizations.
