site.bta"For the First Time" Play Begins Tour in USA and Canada

The play For the First Time goes on tour across the US and Canada on September 22 - Bulgaria's Independence Day, according to a post in the Bulgarians in New York Facebook group.

The first city the play visits is Boston. On September 23 it will be performed in Chicago, on September 24 in Las Vegas, and on October 1 in New York. On September 29 and 30, For the First Time will be staged in Toronto and Montreal. 

The cast includes Albena Mihova, Robert Yanakiev, Vasil Draganov and Stefania Kocheva. Author and director of the dramatic comedy is Orlin Dyakov.

"There is a first time for everything - so say the people. For the first time a boy becomes a man, for the first time someone can meet love, for the first time a small incident can show you the right path, for the first time happiness can come to you. Many things can happen for the first time in one afternoon in a hotel room. And everyone can discover something about themselves for the first time watching a theatre performance," the show's announcement says.
