Bulgaria officially joined the European Payments Alliance (EuroPA), BORICA AD, the company that provides and operates the technology infrastructure of Bulgaria's payment industry, reported on Friday. As a result, the national blinkP2P service, which allows users to send and receive money using a mobile phone number, will gradually expand its coverage and enable instant transfers between users in Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, and all other countries participating in the initiative.
