Fuel exports from Lukoil Neftohim Burgas by tanker totaled 105,700 tonnes in February, said Rumen Spetsov, special commercial administrator of the Lukoil companies in Bulgaria, speaking to the parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy and Innovation on Wednesday. He cited data from the Customs Agency.
Spetsov took part in the Committee meeting, which discussed the action plan of the special commercial administrator of Lukoil in Bulgaria under Article 27b, paragraph 6 of the Act on Administrative Regulation of Economic Activities Associated with Oil and Petroleum Products.
According to Spetsov, of the February shipments, 95,000 tonnes have already been exported, with the remaining quantity scheduled for delivery within seven days.
Spetsov noted that the volumes agreed for export in March amount to 120,000 tonnes, pending approval of the transaction and execution of the shipments. He assured lawmakers that the company is not subject to contractual penalties, noting that counterparties are informed about licensing regimes and all parties comply with the requirements.
The Committee approved Spetsov’s report with 12 votes in favour and 4 abstentions.
