Days after the Yes, Bulgaria, party decided to propose a coalition agreement with Continue the Change (CC) and Democrats for Strong Bulgaria (DSB), its co-leader Bozhidar Bozhanov said that there is room for dialogue with CC, with "voters on our mind". "Judicial reform is one of the issues on which we fully overlap," Bozhanov said on bTV on Monday.

Informally, the three parties have worked together since February 2023, but now the idea has come up to sign a formal coalition agreement. A possible future step could be for the coalition members to merge into a single party.

In a separate interview on Monday, Ivaylo Mirchev, also co-leader of Yes, Bulgaria, told National Television that unification with DSB and CC is possible if all these entities agree. Mirchev said that the informal coalition had performed well, "but in elections people want to see a consolidated political project".

"We need to have a common presidential candidate. I am confident that our community will choose a strong one," Mirchev added. He described the current caretaker Prime Minister Andrey Gurov as "perhaps the most successful Bulgarian caretaker prime minister".
