He described bravery as staying on duty when circumstances are difficult, stepping forward despite fear, and defending one’s principles even when it is easier to give up.

Kandev noted that courage rarely appears as dramatic heroism but begins with small decisions to endure, persist and believe in one’s actions. He added that such choices can change lives and inspire others, and called on people to view bravery as an everyday quality expressed through dignity, honesty and perseverance.
