site.btaStudent at Bulgarian Sunday School in Cairo Becomes Egypt’s National Gymnastics Champion

Adam Eldib, a student at the Bulgarian Sunday School of St. St. Cyril and Methodius in Cairo, became Egypt’s national gymnastics champion for the 2025 - 2026 competitive season and won a gold medal, the school’s team announced on its Facebook page Friday. 

“His achievement is even more exciting because, despite his young age, Adam received special permission from the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation to compete in an age category for which he is not yet old enough to participate. Behind this victory lie great determination and hard work,” the educational establishment reported.

The school staff congratulated their student on his success and wished him many more reasons to celebrate in sports and new heights to conquer. 

The Bulgarian Sunday School with the Bulgarian Embassy in Cairo is registered at the Ministry of Education and Science in Bulgaria. Teaching is organized according to the Ministry's curricula in small groups, and the certificates of completion issued are valid for continuing education in Bulgaria.
