Los Angeles City Hall will be ceremoniously illuminated in white, green, and red on March 3 at 6:30 p.m. local time to mark Bulgaria’s National Day, the Bulgarian Consulate General in Los Angeles announced on its Facebook page. The post also shared the schedule of cultural events as part of the initiative “March – Bulgarian Culture Month in Los Angeles.”
The lights on City Hall will remain visible throughout the night, the Bulgarian diplomatic mission noted.
The festive program for Bulgaria’s Liberation Day will continue with the “Let’s Dance a Horo on the Holiday” initiative, organized by Horotropci and the Bulgarian Educational and Cultural Society “Pchela.”
The event will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time in the Multipurpose Room at 4117 Overland Ave, Culver City, CA 90230. Admission is free for all who wish to join the celebrations.
