The Council of Ministers has approved a contract for Amendment and Supplement No. 2 to the international contract (LOA) BU-D-SAB "F-16 Block 70 aircraft and associated support" from the US Foreign Military Sales-FMS Programme, which does not increase the value of the international contract BU-D-SAB "F-16 Block 70 aircraft and associated support" signed in 2019. The decision proposes that the National Assembly ratify this contract by law.
