Number of COVID-19 Cases in Bulgaria Reaches 242

March 25 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Bulgaria has reached 242, national coronavirus task force chief Maj. Gen. Ventsislav Moutafchiiski said on Wednesday afternoon. The new patients in the past 24 hours are 24, 16 of whom in Sofia.

At his briefing in the morning, Moutafchiiski said that all hospitals across Bulgaria have expressed readiness to receive COVID-19 patients. The hospitals have three days to specify how many beds they can provide for the purpose. RY, RI/VE, ZH
